Working Principle: 

When the machine is working, driven by the motor, rotor rotates at high speed; the materials enter into the first crushing chamber and hit against board hammer of rotor, then enter into the second crushing chamber to be ground, and finally discharged from the discharge port. 

Installation Services: 

1. Please count the number of parts before installing. Check and clear the threaded damage on the surface of various parts caused by loading and unloading, and remove the protection coatings spreading on the machined surface and dust and dirt falling in the handling of packaging. 

2. Please coat the dry oil on the fixed contact surface and coat with a thin oil in the active surface in the installation process. 

3. Crusher must be installed on a solid reinforced concrete foundation, the depth of base can be determined according to local geological conditions. 

4. In order to avoid the accumulation of crushed ore, there must be sufficient space in lower basic to install and transport equipment. 

5. In order to avoid the foundation from damage, it is necessary to cover a backplate on the upper part of the foundation.
