It will be beneficial to designing calculation and structural optimization of two-supporting rotary kiln and to the calculation more easily and quickly. The calculating results of software were compared and verified, has some practical value. The software combined with the actual working conditions and production experience, the lime rotary kiln is designed to meet the needs of actual production very well and structure is more reasonable. So the competitiveness of active lime produced by the rotary kiln is relatively great.

A good mechanical performance of rotary kiln can reduce the mechanical wearing, save coal and electricity, and improve the production ratio. So, it is very necessary to check and analyze the mechanical equipments of rotary kiln. During the operation of limestone rotary kiln, it is much important to make sure the straightness of bearings, the right place of wheels, and the even force.
