Feeder, in general sense, its nature and function are basically the same, just because it had a different name. Mine vibrating feeder is used for materials from the storage silo or other storage device in uniform or quantitative supply to the receiving device, which is the essential equipment for flow process automation, both open and closed. Feeder: performance and characteristics

1. Feeder has a simple structure, feeding even, continuous performance, and adjustable exciting.

2. Feeder can change and control flow, easy operation. 

3. Eccentric as the excitation source, low noise, low power consumption, good performance, no flushing phenomenon.

4. Feeder adopts closed fuselage to prevent dust pollution smooth vibrating, reliable operation, long service life; so it has been widely used.

5. The effective discharge of feeder warehouse shall not be greater than the one-fourth of the width of Groove, flow speed of the material should be controlled in 6-18m/min. For larger amounts of feed material, hopper bottom discharge should be set high enough to stop;

6. In order to not affect the performance of the feeder, check mine may not be seated in the Groove on the body. For the smooth discharge of feed bin, silo wall inclination angle is best designed as 55-65.

The working principle of feeder:

Feeder tests the weight of materials through the feeder by tray to determine the weight of materials on the belt, digital speed sensor mounted on the tail can continuously measure the speed of feeder. The output proportional of speed sensor pulse, the speed of the feeder, speed and weight signals are together sent into feeder controller, then the micro controller process it, which display the cumulative/instantaneous flow. Compared with the flow of traffic and setting the driving speed of feeder is controlled by the output signal converter, and make changes in the material flow on the feeder, keeping close to the fixed feeding flow, thus achieving quantitative feeding requirements.
