1. Usage

Along with maturity & application of the comprehensive utilization technology of fly ash, it has been beyond environmental protection requirement and brought great economic benefit. In the developed areas of China, fine fly ash is demanded more than that being supplied. However, raw fly ash, mainly produced by electric power plant, with fineness 20~50% sieve residue at 45μm sieve, could not meet the requirements of Ash GradeⅠ(12% sieve residue at 45μm sieve) & Ash GradeⅡ(20% sieve residue at 45μm sieve),as specified by the National Standard for industrial application.

Fly Ash Mill is designed and manufactured to grind raw fly ash or rejected raw fly ash after being seperated, realize full utilization of fly ash and create bigger economic benefit.

2. Features

Fly Ash Mill manufactured by Zhongde has following features:

a.Fineness of products is guaranteed to reach ash grade Ⅰ,Ⅱ.

b.Glass microsphere contained in fly ash keep its own status after fly ash is grinded.

c.Output & quality of products is steady & reliable.

d.Middle chamber designed specially make it very convenient to control material level & flow and make sieve curve reasonable.

e.Material dam ring inside back chamber has activation funtion to avoid residual region and improve the efficiency of mill.

Note：

1. Weight of grinding media is not included.

2. Non-standard fly ash mill could be supplied as per the requirement of customer.

3. Mill capacity depends on the test result of sample.

4. When placing order, please indicate the motor voltage & driving mode（Dextrorotary or levorotatory type: if no indication, manufacturer will supply equipments in dextrorotary）.
