The high frequency screen is made up by exciter, mash distributor, screen frame, bracket, hanging spring, and screen mat etc.

The advantages of  High Frequency Screen are high efficiency, small amplitude, high separated frequency .It's different from the common separating equipment in the working principle. Because of the high frequency, it destroys the tension of the mash surface and the high speed vibrating of the fine material on the screen surface, speeds the useful mine and separated effect of the high density and increases the probability of the  smaller separate granularity contacting with the mesh, which makes better condition to make granularity of the smaller separate granularity ,especially the material of the high ratio and mash come across the mesh together. 

Features: 

1, high vibration times, low amplitude; it can effectively reduce the surface tension of the slurry to accelerate the fine and heavy materials pass through the screen.

2, the use of laminated screen, single aperture increases; prolong the service life of the screen. 

3, multi-channel feeding; high utilization of the screen surface; large processing capacity and low power consumption.

4, rubber spring supports the screen frame to realize vibration isolation and sound absorption, low noise, low dynamic load, without concrete foundation.
